Well hello all. New member introducing herself. I am Kim-46 years young and needing to lose about 70 pounds. I currently am doing cardio about 3 days a week and trying to watch what I eat, but the weight is not coming off. So, I joined to do a better job of tracking my food and exercise. Also plan on starting weight training to help burn the calories. Just wanted to say Hi. :love:
