I want to loose fat, not gain muscle. I put that on the qestionare thingy and the only excercises it gave me were muscle toning ones. Any sugestions?

yes, muscle toning will increase your fat burning capability in combination with proper nutrition and cardio. I would suggest sticking with the free 8 week weight loss and muscle definition program to start out.

muscle definition is n ot gaining muscle per say and you shouldnt feel scared to put on a little muscle i mean we arent talking bulking up like a bodybuilder here
