Well I am once again going to try to get in shape. Has anyone out there ever tried this over and over again, that they aren't sure they can muster up anymore energy to try yet again? Well that is me! Good luck to you all and good luck to me.

Yes, and over and over and over again. I have learned that you have to take baby steps. It's easy to get pumped up and eat super healthy, and work out and drink water, etc. for the first week. Then it gets to be too much. Remember, it's a life long change, not an instant thing. Try changing little things until they become habit forming a little at a time. Such as removing one pop from your day and replacing it with a bottle of water, etc. Good luck!

Most definately, many of us are here for that very reason. Keep coming, read up on other suggestions here on FT, utilize their programs and hold yourself accountable! Good luck!
