Hi everyone, ive joined this site to hopefully gain help in losing weight and toning up to a point where i can get a 6-pack. I understand its going to be hard but im determined to do it. Two months ago i was 185lbs and decided i wanted to get fit. Well ive stopped eating junk food and now have my final meal at 6pm, i am now down to 155lbs and quite pleased with the results so far. I really want to get rid of the fat on my stomach area, ive been doing situps, crunchs etc.. and doing about 3 20min jogging sessions per week but still cant see much of a difference.
Wat else can i do to get rid of stomach fat, Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks :)
