Hi All. I am a new member on this site but defiantly not new to dieting and looking for a healthier life. I have one big problem, I love food!! When I was younger I could eat all I wanted and not ever gain a pound and over the past few years my metabolism has seemed to hit rock bottom. (I could look at food and gain weight) I have tried every fad diet out there with predictable results. Does anyone have any tips or suggestions that will help me?
Hi Kyliena, welcome to FT. There is tons of information regarding diets, exercise, etc., on here. I suggest checking that info out and you can even develop a personal training/dieting plan on this site. Many of us on this site are fitness fanatics meaning, we take it fitness seriously, that's all. We joke around too therefore, we're not anal per say. You'll find a lot of great advice on many issues. You'll notice a steady stream of motivation from the regulars here. Good luck DP
