Hi everyone,
I just joined and am loving the site...very helpful so far.
I did have one question about cardio. How many sessions should I get in a week (trying to lose weight/tone)? I had heard that you shouldn't do it every day but I'm not sure why. Any help would be appreciated.

Welcome to Freetrainers. If you are trying to build muscle mass you do less cardio. There are lots of posts about this. Go through the posts and read any that have the word cardio in the title, or do a search. Many explanations and examples of cardio sessions.
