Hello! The name is Kyle. I'm a 17 year old male looking to lose some much needed weight. Suprisingly, being only 17 I have a very tight schedule, from working after school to keeping my gpa at 4.0 (need to get into M.I.T!) I truelly lack free time.

This leads me to my question, I'm currently looking to lose 40 pounds by august of next year, so, is cardio in the morning before my schooling good? Accomponied by resistance training of course!

Thanks in advance for the advice and happy to join the community!

It all depends on your diet, you could do cardio from here to Swengali and still gain weight if your diets not in shape.... Im assuming with this very tight schedule that you live on fast foods and get 5 hours asleep a day ? No sense going to MIT if you have a coronary attack at 40 years old..... Whats you diet consist of ? how many calories/fat/carbs/protein...

I would do weight training 1st, then cardio.... Whats your exercise program look like ? Is it HIIT cardoi ? you need to provide us with some info if you seek help.

How do you feel? That is the question
But I forget.. you dont expect an easy answer
When something like a soul becomes
Initialized and folded up like paper dolls and little notes
You cant expect a bit of hope
So while youre outside looking in
Describing what you see
Remember what youre staring at is me.

My deepest apologies for my vagueness.

My breakfast is always a calorie free green tea with a blueberry muffin, lunch is a turkey sandwich with grapes, pretzel or cracker of some sort and juice. My dinner is what gets me though, fast food is always a problem, including pizza, etc..

For a period of 2 years I sat and put on 50 lbs, I'm looking to do a high intense fat burning ruetine, meaning I'm not looking to get He-man'esque results.
