the program is really good and a lot of results come if you are dedicated to it, also just to let you two know, i do cardio 5 times a week. The HIIT method of cardio three times and moderate cardio 2 times and sometimes i add a moderate brisk walk at the end of the HIIT session so as to not overwork my body.
