It would really help those who are trying to answer your questions if they knew what your goals are and what level of fitness you are at now. Also if you are already eating properly or not. I know there is a lot of frustration to the newbies when they don't get their questions answered right away, but if we have to ask you a bunch of questions first, then it is going to take a lot longer to help you.
