New Mom Seeking Stretching Routine

Hey There...I'm a new mom...seeking a good, safe stretching routine. I used to be a ballerina, and am used to a pretty harsh stretch routine. How can I adjust that to fit my needs now? How do I know that I've done enough stretching for one muscle group?

Welcome to FT newmom! Generally a good stretching routine for weight routines is to simply get your blood flowing with 5-10min of light cardio and then start each weight exercise with one set of light wt to prepare the muscles for the load. When you're done your stretching routine just do some standard stretches for hamstrings, chest, arms etc. I'm sure if you use the search buddy on this site you'll come up with some more specific ideas and there may even be some stretches listed in the Fitness Resources above.
