Hey ya'll! I'm Lisa and brand new here. I'm recently laid off and home looking for work. Depression means food! I lost 65 lbs 2 1/2 years ago and have gained back 1/2 of it. I have to do something about NOW. I really could use the support of a buddy for motivation. (Really I need boot camp with a mean trainer!) HELP!

-------------- I must not fear.
Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear.
I will permit it to pass over me and through me.
And when it is gone past me I will turn to see fear's path.
Where the fear has gone there will be nothing.
Only I will remain

Thanks for the support everyone. Just wondering...since the exercise program starts on a Monday, should I begin it on Monday, or just start today & act like it's Monday??

I would start today and refer to it as a 30 day workout plan with a realistic goal a realistic but tough goal at day 30 that would get me and keep me motivated.
by the way mmaibohm that is the best quote from Dune.
