I'm rather new to the exercise scene. Because of this, I think I answered a question wrong at the beginning while signing up. It asked if I had any exercise equipment. I put down that I had free weighs. What I actually have are little handheld dumbbells. I think because of this mistake, it's given me a bunch of exercises to do that require equipment I don't have. For example: alot of the exercises show using large weights and workbenches. Another says I'm suppose to do chin ups using a bar that hangs from the ceiling or something. Either way I don't have it. And what prompted me to write this, is on day 5 it says I need a "donkey calf raise machine". I don't even want to know.
I'm just trying to lose weight faster and tone up.
So, how do I go about getting this program to change to exercises that I can do without the fancy equipment?
