I just printed a copy of my first day of training....WOW... I am so out of shape, how will I be able to do all of this? Any help or suggetsions?:surprised:

do overdo it on your first workout, you will ache anyway, and goin it hell for leather will mean you have trouble scratching your nose the next day.

That is a guideline, you will have to do what you can, no more, but don't quit when you have a bit left in ya, those are the ones you need. You don't need to feel OUCH pain, you will feel OHHHHH I'm working out and feelin' it, though.

It is a matter of behavior modification and developing a healthy lifestyle. This is not done easily, set small achievable goals. These small goals add up to large ones.

I'm so glad!!! It is good to see someone from my area!! I just joined the gym in town if you are in the area, it has been wonderful to go workout again and I will be starting a weight loss group here within the next two to three weeks!
