I am fairly new to freetrainers.com and consider myself somewhat active! I workout 5 days a week with free weights and cardio at home. I have an upcoming vacation to Las Vegas in just over 2 weeks and need some advice as I seem to be stuck in a rutt with my abs. I am a mother to 4 children and can not seem to get my lower abs in shape!!!! Any suggestions on my diet or exercise that would increase the ab result for the vacation would be greatly appreciated!!!!!
