Well as the title says i am a new old member. I signed upto freetrainers a long time ago (maybe a year) but i was never very active within the community! but now things are hopefully going to change.
So now i shall tell you all a little about myself. Im 23 and an Aussie that works in australia's vast mining industry! i work away for extented periods of time (flying in and out of work for upto a month at a time) so working out is one thing that keeps me sane.
Early last year i decided to quit my mining job and become a qualified fitness instructor. I worked as a personal trainer for just over a year before quitting it and heading back to mining to earn the big money!
So now onto my goals. Im currently 6'1 and 84kg heavy (sorry i dont know what it is in pounds/inches. Im not what you would call over weight but i do have a flabby stomach. my main problem is though while im great at helping other people reach their goals i get lazy and cant motivate myself to work out as i should do. i get to the gym and just cant push myself. So now i want to be able to teach myself to work harder hopefully with the help of all the great members on here.

Why do you want to work out? You need to figure out for yourself why you are doing this. If you can't come up with a good enough reason to motivate yourself we won't be able to help much either.
Overall i just want to better myself phyically. Be faster, stronger and just healthier.
My current goal is to replace 10kg of body fat with bulk muscle not looking for definition at this point. But i cant motivate myself to do cardio. I hate cardio :laugh:
