Hi, first post on here so lets see what you have got.
I weigh 74kgs I'm looking to get leaner and I know its my diet that's lets me down. I cycle race so training is typically 3 times 3 hours rides plus 2 weight sessions in the gym this time of year then race in the summer higher intensity. I'm hardly fat but just want to see my abs and look good can anyone give me a days eating plan or hopefully a weeks that will help me achieve this fast??? Just need to make sure I recover and can train normally, I workout in evening and have an active job if that helps.
