So I have been feeling like I need to lose some weight, mostly in the stomach area (probably 10 pounds total is what I would like to lose from my entire body) and I also want to start to gain more muslce as well.
I have tried before, I have lost weight using Sommersize (low carb) but have gained some of it back.
I have tried to work out routine before and it seems like I do good for awhile and then fall off and end up back at the beginning.
This time I want to make this a lifestyle change, not just about losing the weight.
Start off slowly and don't over do it. That way it will become a lifestyle and not just a period in your present life.
