Hello everyone,
My name is miguel. I am 22 years old. After years and years of being overwieght, something in my head has told me that i need to change. Right now being at 363 pounds, i feel that i need to change or i could end up killing myself. Well i just found out that i have gout so i think that is what made me want to get a different life. Now that i can't eat meat i hope to find people to help me out on how i can make better food for myself. Well i hope to find people here that can help me thur this change in my life. Hope to make firends on here. Hope to hear from you all.
