I dropped down to a 33 waist for a long time now at least 2 years but now it seems I'll have to go higher soon.

Damn Squats and Deadlifts gave me a bigger butt and legs and the 33's are getting tight on me.

So it's not a bad thing but I knew it was coming since months back I had to go a higher size in undies because I couldn't get them to go past my thighs one day.

Love them Squats and Deadlifts but they are costing in clothes LOL!

Keep eating them! My guy started making them with Parsley and Chalots inside with the meat. Yummy!

Congrats SFGiantsMVP!! This is one of those times where gaining a clothes size is actually a good thing!

Ivan, If you want a good sausage you should try chicken meat with spinach and asiago cheese inside. We buy ours from Sam's Club (I don't know if you have those by you) and they have something like 90 calories and 2 grams of fat per sausage. I don't like them b/c of the spinach, but they're good for you!!

They sound good. We don't have "Sam's Club" up here, but we do have Costco, formerly known as Club Price. Never seen those, but you can ship me some ! Just kidding.

Carivan - If you have a Walmart Super Centre near you - they might have them here (that's our Canuck version of Sam's Club)

Boy Ivan, how do you Canadians live without Wal-Marts? haha

Anyways, I'm sure the sausages are easy to make, and you could probably make them even healthier by subbing in fat free mozzarella cheese in place of the asiago.

Oh, we do have Walmart, as a matter of fact I have 3 within 5 miles of my home! It's the Sams and Walmart Superstores that are not here.
But will try making them when I get the urge.
