Eeesh, well if you're trying to build muscle you're going to have a tough time only getting a couple hours of sleep for those days.

I try to workout first thing in the morning. Believe it or not, I have much more energy throughout the day when I do.

I am starting on Monday. I hope with the combination of military physical training and this program I can reach my goals within the 12 week period.

Wow tough schedule. Definitely plan your workouts and meals ahead of time or they can get blown off pretty easy when you are tired and trying to 'fit' them in.
Set time on Sunday to grocery shop and prepare snacks/meals to eat during the week, and put your workouts into your schedule maybe 3 times a week to start - once you start feeling good from them you won't want to miss them and might even add a few more in!
Before bed is tough.. early morning or right after clinicals is probably your best bet, but everyone is different. Try a few different times to determine what works for you, and good luck!
