hello yall okay first thing i am new to this site just found it yesterday i am glad i did. i have no idea about this site and how to keep track and how to find a good workout plan ( the plan i need it to get my curves back tonning) ( and to get a much better muscle mass. i need to get back into shape but i have no idea where to look. Second i am looking for a meal plan so that i also don't put the lbs. back on i am hopeing you all could help me out here i would be vary greatful if you could again i am new and need to know what i am doing. thank you in advance
