hello yall okay first thing i am new to this site just found it yesterday i am glad i did. i have no idea about this site and how to keep track and how to find a good workout plan ( the plan i need it to get my curves back tonning) ( and to get a much better muscle mass. i need to get back into shape but i have no idea where to look. Second i am looking for a meal plan so that i also don't put the lbs. back on i am hopeing you all could help me out here i would be vary greatful if you could again i am new and need to know what i am doing. thank you in advance

On your front page of this site, at the top left there are clickable links, Exercise program, Nutritional program, Profile and inbox, etc. Just click on the exercise program link for instance, and it will prompt you as to your goals, and devise a workout for you according to your needs. Do this with the nutritional program also. Please fill in your profile so we can assist you better.
