hi im new and just sined up. for the past few weeks i have been doing sit ups and stuff in my house. but i need more. if you have and ideas of any workouts i can do in my home without equipment please let me know my goal right now is to lose about 20 pounds be fore i go back to school at the end of august. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:)
