I'm new to FT but have been doing my own exercise program and WeightWatchers for over a year now. I've lost 75 pounds and have been doing weight training and cardio on and off for the whole time. Currently I'm running 20-30 mins weekday morning walking with the dog about 2 or more miles a day at a lesurly pace and going to the gym for weight training with a friend 3-4 times a week. I came here to get a program of stuff to do since me and my workout partner don't really have a set program of what we do each day.
My question is this. The program FT came up with only has about 4 diffrent weight training exercises a day. I currently do quite a few more. I put myself as advanced. I think it is sending me to the gym more days a week than I go right now. I wouldn't object to doing less more times a week as I could get out of the gym faster. I just don't want to be going backwards instead of forwards.
