I am not out of shape and am not extreamly unhealthy but I dont want to start going with out a game plan so can any one give me some major pointers of what to start off with and then what I should be targeting first and should I do my weights before cardio ??? help

Look at doing a full body workout from here over a 3 day period, say mon-wed-fri as an example, with the weight loss and definition program. Add in some cardio to develop good breathing and heart rate, which you can do at the end of your training but don't forget at least 5 minutes warm up before the weights.

SO I was thinking If I do a full weight work out (whole body) Then end it with like 35 mins of cardio Whould that be good enough or to much as for reps I guess Im just going to do as many as I can manage like 3 times until I get stronger Sound OK?

Well, like I said, follow a program from here, do all the reps with a weight you can handle keeping proper form. 20-30 min of cardio is enough, but remember, start out slowly if you haven't done cardio before 10 min should do (not knowing your present state of health). Don't rush the process, be patient and work your way up.
