Hi everyone. I'm Joanne and will be starting my new exercise program - right here - on Monday March 4. Wish me luck with the motivation part at least. I'm planning to take the printed chart to the gym and try it our there. Any useful tips will be appreciated. I broke my foot in August and have been kind of lazy since the cast came off. Now there are no more excuses. I want to feel and look good again. So Monday will be here soon..........

Oh Monday is VERY soon, but why not start this weekend with eating more healthy, go out for a long walk or trekking or jump in a swimming pool?!!
You'll feel ten times better afterwards.
Anyway, we'll be in here for you.
