Well, first off welcome to FT. If all you really want to do is lose the belly. Start with a good diet add some cardio in about 4 times per week for about 40 minutes and sign up for the FT ab program. You should see some really good results if you combine all three. Keep up with the weight training and that will help to build your motablism.

Welcome! We are about the same age. It's starting to get tough to lose the love handles at our age. Won't be hard--just attack those weights man! Also, listening to insanely powerful music and plugging into it, like Godhead, Fuel, Pantera, etc. really increases the intensity.
