Many many ppl ask this, so I am just wondring if somebody with a bit more knowledge then me would do it...
What we need is a good diet plan for a day.. I.e. what you should eat in one typical day....
When to take your protein shakes..
when to take creatine.....
I think these are Q asked by many ppl and somebody could pls sort of make it into a sticky it would be good
