Hi,

I am new to all of this. I am 31 and need to lose about 60lbs. I am horrified having to write that but I need a place to hold myself accountable. I have never, ever had any problems with weight until after the birth of my second child. I was always one of those girls that the other girls hated because I didn't "need" to exercise. Well if they could see me now, I am sure it would make them feel alot better!:laugh:

I am not even sure where to begin. I do not think I even know what a normal portion of food actually is. I usually always skip breakfast and lunch and by dinner time I am so hungry I eat whatever comes to mind. I really do not crave sweets. I make pretty healthy meals for my family. We eat a lot of fresh foods in our house, I guess I just have way to much of it. :( I am really glad I found this place and look forward to the day when I can post a success story.:big_smile:

Welcome to FT!

Make sure you set up a fitness plan from here.. it'll help alot! Also, follow the nutritional guidelines set up for you too... that'll help you decide on how much to eat... and be sure to ask lots of questions and do some research by using fit buddy at the bottom of the page!
