I am interested in dropping my body fat percentage and I don't think lifting weights and working out will be sufficient without a diet. I'm a 17-year-old male and like many, I have never tried a diet. I was wondering if anyone could give me advice or tips with where to start.
Thank you.

well i would start with a ft nutrition program. if you need to loose weight, choose the program with the lowest caloric intake. i've never been on a diet b4, because my mom is a health freak, but try taking little steps. something as simple as replacing wonderbread with a whole/multi grain will help. try making a nutrition program and see where that starts.
