Last month I took the plunge and decided I needed to get fit :) I lost weight at the begining of the year and am now more than happy with my weight (although technically on BMI still over weight) it levelled out and I haven't gained or lost anything for 6/7 months. So my aim now is not to loose anymore weight (although I might) its to get fit.
To boost me to do that (because I hate exercise) I have signed up to do a sprint Triathlon next September. So I am uping the exercise!
A bit about me: I'm 21 year old female, 5 foot 2 (at a push!) and 66kg. I'm married to a service lad and I work as an admin assistant but walk the mile to work everyday.
