i tried to sumbit earlier but i dont think it went through...
i'm 5'6 126lbs, 34% body fat. very flabby stomach..
i changed my diet to morning 2 egg whites w/ 1 whole wheat toast or oatmeal and fruit, lunch tuna sandwich snacks, yogurt, fruit and dinner chicken and veggies. lots of water.
1. is this a good diet?

i do cardio on elliptical 20 min 3x a week before i weight train.
1. should i do more cardio?
2. do i work out upper and lower body on the same day? or do i do it on different days? how many times for each group?

please help!

Is this all you are planning on eating per day? And if so, eating this day in and day out will probably get boring. Anyway, I think it's more important to have a "target" caloric count...then figure out which foods will fit into that scheme.

Also, not sure how long you've been working out, but if you are not getting results from only 20 mins. of cardio, you may think about increasing to 30 or 45. And, I would not recommend cardio before weights...this is counterproductive. Either do your cardio in the morning and hit the weights in the afternoon, or do your cardio after weight training if done on the same workout.

Also, why not sign up for an FT program to get you started? That should answer whether or not to do upper or lower body on the same day. Anyway, good luck!
