Hello everyone! I'm Andrea from Boston. I'm turning 50 in August and it is hitting rather hard. I am just now embarking on a fitness program after having been inactive for way too many years. I'm not overweight, but am unfit, not well toned, and need to get going with some weight bearing exercise and cardio. I'd appreciate any moral support!
