Hi, my name is Colin and I just discovered this web site last week. I'm a fairly experienced lifter and was vastly surprised at the quality of the routines suggested on this site. I'm giving the 12 week mass program a whirl.
I just joined and already I think I am going to like it here. Even though I don't have the money to pursue the programs that I want to, I really hope that the routines work and that I get to meet many interesting people on the boards
I just started a couple of days ago, and I think it's great to walk into the gym with a plan as opposed to just wandering around picking whichever machine. I need to lose around 40 pounds, so we'll see how it goes!
