Hi everybody I'm new to freetrainers. I recently started working out again, it feels great. I'm trying to gain mass maybe you can give me some advice or tips on how to achieve my goal.

Use the FT fitness plan - make sure you check the "gain muscle mass" section. Good Luck!

welcom to ft. As Tim said search fit buddy for question that may have already been asked, and yours may fit into. If you have filled out an excercise program, start it and see how things go, if questions arise or you need support, lots of great people here for that. Good luck.
