hey all i am new to the program and i figured i would say hello. i do the exercising 3 days a week. hopefully i can tone my belly up and make it rock hard lol. it isnt fat or anything but i want it to be hard with cuts
any ideas? also want to show more form in the gluteal region any ideas in that?

Hello, Heather and welcome to FT! A rippling belly is the result of exercise and good nutrition, and a low bodyfat percentage. Good luck with your working out and try squats and lunges to define and increase muscle in the rear.
