Hi everybody! Ive been doing my new FT workout for a week (mass gain) and I have a few general questions... Im hungry ALLLLL the time even though I eat and eat, Ive been incorporating meal replacements but how often should I be taking them (twice a day?). CurrentIy I have the GNC MEGA MRP... is it ok to take the meal replacements everyday for an extended period of time (weeks, months?)... (also what do I do when my 8 week program is over? Thanks for your help!
Welcome to freetrainers and good luck with your program. You may want to up your caloric intake in the way of protien, and perhaps you are not eating often enough. @ mrp's should be plenty of the rest of your diet is coming from natural sources like meats dairy veggies. Hope this helps.
