Hey everyone. I'm new as you can tell. I'm 5'4" and weigh 140lbs. I'd like to lose 25lbs asap. I've been on every diet with some exercise but nothing has worked. Does anyone have any advice or any workout plans that i could do even if its 7 days/week? Please write back! Thank you so much!:dumbbell:

looks like Tim covered it. Keep your diet in check with healthy foods, and snack 5-6 times a day would be my recommendation along with 4 days of 30 minute (heart pumping/sweat dripping) cardio, 2 day lifting split routine, and 1 day rest. Any more than 3lbs of weight loss a week you want to reevaluate your diet alittle to stay healthy. good luck and welcome to ft.
