I'm new here and am very thankful for the advice/program.

I do have one question though. My workout is taylored to be done at home. So for squats, push ups, etc., what do I input as my weight, or do I just leave it blank?

Thanks and looking forward to the help from other members.

I would leave it blank unless you hold dumbells or barbells... the reason being is your weight will change... inputing a zero will keep it consistent till you add some other weights...
