Hi all! I happened across this site last week, and signed up. I've looked over my workout profile, and I'm anxious to get back into to the gym, this looks like something I can really do. I'm a single mom that works 10-12 hours a day, all three shifts on any given week. I try not to make excuses for NOT exercising, but some days, I'm really tired, and don't want to do anything but go home and get some sleep. My job is very physical, which can be a plus, but it's also very stressful, so hitting the gym, even if for only 1/2 hour, would help to ease the stress, and keep me focused. I'm starting this week, so I'll try to keep things updated when I can. Wish me Luck, and hope to meet some of you in future updates!
