Hello- I just joined the site this week. Any suggestions on how to stick to the plan? I'm 24yr old female, I'm a nurse and I work fulltime and go school. I'm getting married in a yr; I'm happy with my weight I mainly want to tone, and relieve stress. Any suggestion on sticking to the plan? I get bored really easily and usually change my excersise plan everyday. Any sugestions?
As far as sticking to the plan is concerned there are a bunch of tricks you can use that other people have tried and found useful, but the bottom line is - you have to want to do it and find a reason that matters to you.
Write a list of all the things that you will improve by increasing your fitness. Everything from the big stuff to the little things. Write and write. Then look at your list and prioritise which are the most important to you and re-write your list from most important to least.
Keep the list handy and whenever you feel your commitment wavering get the list out and read it. It will be a powerful reminder of why you want to do this.
If it's a question of boredom rather than willpower, make sure you very your routine. You and your body will get bored if you keep things the same. My trainer mixed mine up and it was like going back to the first visit to the gym!

Hi, I just joined today, but I'm used to having to stick to programs and junk(I'm 16 and Highschool forces me to do so). This might not help, but make it a challange or offer yourself a reward when you complete your program.
