I'm really new to all of this......I didn't have a problem with weight will I was younger, but as I got older I, well, got really comfortable doing nothing ( and gained 50lbs in 2 yrs).....I'm ready to shed some pounds, but I've gained soooo much weight I don't know I really can????? Any suggestions??????
