Hello, my name is Wendy. I am 31, 5'6" and about 105-110 lbs. I have not worked out in a very long time. Although I am not looking to lose weight I am looking to get toned, healthy, and sexy. I need lots of motivation to get going. About 3 yrs ago, I was working out faithfully 5 days a week. I would get up at 5: oo am and do weights, aerobics, and circuit training on alternating days. I was also eating healthy, and walking 7 miles a day. But then I did a 20 mile walk for Cancer in Boston, and was very sore. Instead of continuing to walk the next day, I just laid around day after day because I was so sore. As you can guess, after not being active for a while after, I lost motivation. I've worked out a little here and there after, but nothing consistent. Now, I smoke and drink to much, eat crappy, and have no energy or motivation. My stomach is flabby and my thighs jiggle! I have time to workout, just no motivation. Any help would be great. Thanks
