HELLO EVERYONE, NEW TO THIS AND WAS WONDERING IF I COULD JOIN IN ON ALL OF THIS. JUST RECENTLY STARTING WORKING OUT AGAIN. I AM 36 AND WEIGH 133, I ALSO HAVE 3 KIDS. JUST WANT TO BE HEALTHY. DID NEED MOTIVATION THOUGH, THAT'S WHAT KILLS MY WORKOUTS. I HAVE NO ONE TO DO THEM WITH AND GET BORED REAL EASY. SO THIS MIGHT HELP.
