Hi, i'm a 29 yo. female and trying this out for the first time. i enjoy working out and look forward to this challenge. I am starting to enjoy classes provided by my gym, but want somethign more to do after the 45/60 min class. i need to drop 15-20 lbs to feel most healthy. no real time frame but want to see gradual results.
QUESTION- anyone have some great cardio workouts to add to the weightlifting... cardio burns fat... thats what i need to do!!!! :)
