Hello everyone,
I just linked up with this site a couple days ago and have signed on. Great informative site! I have been working out for about 15 years. Nothing hardcore but enough to keep me in good shape. I was sick for about 3 weeks, so laid off. Since then I have quit the YMCA and created a home gym consisting of a Smith machine, barbells,dumbells, you name it.
I am 6'3", 215lbs and can drop weight or gain just about anytime, but becoming harder as I get older! I have never been on a planned diet and am starting now. I am trying the ft exercise program and nutrition program so we'll see.
I am really trying to cut the calories and fat,increase protein and work on lean muscle mass and my abs. I have never had great abs, due to my casual eating habits, but I'm sure this plan will help!
To make a long story short, I have enjoyed reading your posts and look forward to hitting you up for advice and giving my own at some time!
