Hey, just looking for advice on what type of supplements work, whats reasonably priced, what to stay away from, and how to go about using them (Amount/When/Cycles). Looking to put on muscle mass. I guess what I'm looking into is Protein Powders and Creatine.
Also, kind of a seperate question, I have a friend that took Muscle Milk for a few months and got HUGE... is this stuff safe? And do you think it was the powder or his diet/exercise program that made him grow that quickly.
