Hey, just looking for advice on what type of supplements work, whats reasonably priced, what to stay away from, and how to go about using them (Amount/When/Cycles). Looking to put on muscle mass. I guess what I'm looking into is Protein Powders and Creatine.

Also, kind of a seperate question, I have a friend that took Muscle Milk for a few months and got HUGE... is this stuff safe? And do you think it was the powder or his diet/exercise program that made him grow that quickly.

It wasn't the muscle milk, he lifted and ate. Protein powders help if you're not getting enough protein in your diet, but real food is best.

Your buddy lifted like a beast and ate a crap ton of food is why he got HUGE.
