Hello all, just came across this site and think it is absolutely awesome. I am 23 years old, just moved to UT from CA. I am 2 years out of playing football at a PAC-10 university where I was an O-lineman. My playing size was 6'5" and 325 lbs. at 16% fat. In the two years since playing I am at 320 lbs. but have lost a lot of muscle mass and replaced it with fat:(. I have recently realized that I am absolutely addicted to food, it's my crack. I just love to eat and that is something I want and need to change.

The biggest problem I have is that I am a truck driver by trade which lends itself to a very unhealthy lifestyle. I am trying to get a fitness plan of sorts figured out because I know I need to start making some dramatic life changes. Any insight and/or help is greatly appreciated!

Welcome to the site. You might want to start packing a cooler with healthy foods and keep it in between the seats in the truck. I am in the same industry and thats what a lot of our drivers do.
Good foods to pack as example, hard boiled eggs, fruits, Vegetables, cans of tuna, lean cuts of meat like turkey breast chicken, etc. and treat yourself to a hot lunch once a week if you have time to stop. Find out if your company has a plan with lifestyle coaches. It's not easy. And of course, you need to exercise. Even though you are up and down from the ruck, your body is used to that and it is not a effort. Good luck.
