hello all, I'm 33 yrs old,6'1" tall 192Lbs, my goal is to gain mass. i have not been able to gain wieght once i hit 195lbs around 7yrs ago, now i lost 3Lbs, and i want it back and more. i need advice on eating right and what foods that will help me gain. i have always been physically active and have a slim body.
hi cwp, welcome to freetrainers, use the fitbuddy search engine at the bottom of the pages to find info on proper diet and info on gaining mass, its a great tool, also look into the programs available on the site, 8 and 12 week programs designed for gaining mass and strength, etc, good luck....
