Hello everyone! My name is April & I'm new to this site. I've decided to become a member because I am tired of having no energy, low self esteem & basically feeling like crap! Any advice that you can give me I would greatly appreciate it. I currently weigh 171lbs & would like to lose 40lbs. I know it won't be easy & I know I will become frustrated @ times but I've got to do this for myself.
